Making A Difference
The members of Delta Theta Sigma Fraternity hold community service very close to their hearts. Our chapter is pleased to continue our partnerships with various organizations in the area, and we are proud to be making a difference in the lives of many.
Since 1999, Delta Theta Sigma has sponsored a two mile stretch of Highway 2 between Fisher and Grand Forks. As sponsors, it is the job of the fraternity to pick up the trash alongside the highway.
Delta Theta Sigma continues to grow in its involvement with the University of Minnesota Crookston. Our small campus opens up unique and amazing opportunities for our organisation to put on events for students and community members alike.
CARE AND SHARE
Delta Theta Sigma takes pride in dedicating our time to helping the less fortunate. One of the many ways that we do this is through community service work at the Crookston Care and Share, the local homeless shelter.
Crookston holds and takes major pride in its Sugar Beet Museum. The museum helps educate community members and children on agriculture with a focus on the primary crop for the area. Delta Theta Sigma enjoys helping the museum put on demonstrations on how older farm equipment operated.
